Collect with Pago Móvil

Your customers pay you by Pago Móvil and the money lands directly in your Banco de Venezuela account. Bolívar Connect reads that account and tells you, right away, whether a payment arrived, for how much and who made it. No more screenshots, calls to the bank or receipts shown twice.

The screenshots on these pages show the widget and the till in Spanish, as your Venezuelan customers see them.

Widget for your website

Payment link via WhatsApp

No website needed: you create a link with the amount, send it by WhatsApp and your customer pays. The preview carries your logo. Payment links →

Till for your physical store

A screen for the cashier: type the last 4 digits and the amount, and see instantly whether the payment arrived. Includes PIN-based collection (C2P) and change. Verify at the till →

The customer makes a normal Pago Móvil from their bank’s app to your business’s phone number and RIF. Then:

  1. We read the movements in your account at BDV: the Pago Móvil credits, with the national ID and name of whoever paid.
  2. We look up the payment by the last digits of the receipt’s reference. We ask for at least 4.
  3. We check the exact amount. A payment of 1.99 does not pay an order of 2.00.
  4. We mark it as used. The same receipt cannot pay two orders, neither on the web nor at another till.
Result What it means What to do
aprobado The payment is in your account, for the exact amount, and had not been used Hand over the order
ya_usado That receipt already paid another order Do not hand it over: it is the most common fraud
monto_distinto The reference exists, but for another amount Collect the difference
ambiguo Several payments end in those digits Ask for more digits of the reference
no_encontrado There is no credit with that reference Check the receipt or wait a few seconds
  • PIN-based collection (C2P). The customer gives their national ID, phone number, bank and the payment PIN their bank sends them, and the charge is immediate. Nothing to verify afterwards. It can be voided.
  • Change via Pago Móvil. From the merchant’s account, with confirmation from the bank. If you have several accounts, you choose which one it comes from.
